Through the vision of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America, Saturday schools aim to prepare students as productive members of the Armenian community and society. All Saturday schools implement an educational program that provides the Armenian youth with an exemplary Armenian education. Students learn the basic knowledge of the Armenian language, religion, history, and culture. It enhances their Armenian identity and pride in their heritage. The curriculum prepares students to have a sense of responsibility to the country they live in and to their homeland; Armenia, as well as to be tolerant and broad-minded regarding individual and cultural differences.
